Founded in 2005, Serenity Staffing is a woman owned and operated business specializing in the placement of top talent in the Twin Cities area. Serenity Staffing has continually proven, to the clients they serve, to be an industry leader for HR staffing services. Over the last 12 years Serenity Staffing has evolved to meet the need of the changing HR market. Today Serenity Staffing offers a variety of services still focused around our commitment to HR that include: HR Consulting, Direct Hire Placement, Executive Level Searches, Career Coaching and Small Business Solutions.

Owner/President HR Staffing


Jennifer has over 15 years of HR management and recruiting experience. After obtaining her Masters Degree in Business Management in 2003, Jennifer started focusing on her long-term goal of running her own staffing firm. She wanted to create a company that was focused on building quality relationships and results focused partnerships with both clients and candidates. Two years later, she launched Serenity Staffing. Driving and leading Serenity Staffing over the last 12 years into what it is today, she is proud and thankful to say that with the help of strong partnerships and relationships, that have evolved with the company over these years, she has been able to see that vision become a reality. Jennifer loves spending summer days boating on the St. Croix with her 3 daughters and husband of 20 years and when she has time to get away you can find her in Safety Harbor, Florida enjoying a good book poolside.
