Jennifer Sabby – Owner/President HR Staffing
Jennifer has over 13 years of HR management and recruiting experience. After obtaining her Masters Degree in Business Management in 2003 Jennifer started focusing on her long-term goal of running her own staffing firm. She wanted to create a company that was focused on building quality relationships with both clients and candidates. Two years later, she launched Serenity Staffing.
Jennifer is currently an active member for the Minnesota’s Human Resource Professional (HRP). She has also been an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) since 2001.
Barb Schieffer – Talent Manager
In 2008, Barb Schieffer, CSP joined Serenity Staffing bringing with her an extensive background in business development and employee recruitment and placement. Throughout her 15 years in the staffing industry, Barb has worked with candidates and clients in the Twin Cities developing strong relationships through her commitment to quality placements and personalized service.
Barb is a member of Twin Cities Human Resources Association (TCHRA) and Minnesota’s Human Resource Professional (HRP). She graduated from the University of Nebraska with a Bachelors of Science in Agribusiness Management and Marketing and has her CSP certification from the University of Minnesota.
Judy Potter – Director, Client Services
Judy joined Serenity Staffing in 2011 as our Director, Client Services. She brings more than 17 years of sales experience, including nine years supervisory and management experience. She is responsible for Serenity Staffing’s Woman Business Enterprise National Council initiatives, as well as capturing new business by executing targeted business-to-business campaigns. Judy also brings extensive training and experience in customer relations.
Judy graduated with honors from Bethel University, earning a bachelors degree in organizational leadership. She is an active member for the Minnesota’s Human Resource Professional (HRP).
