Global Contract Recruiter

Exciting opportunity in the Bloomington area for a Global Contract Recruiter (anticipated duration = 6 months). In this role, you will creatively drive all aspects of the recruiting process from attracting, sourcing, pipeline building and hiring top talent into positions at all organizational levels, to include some positions based in overseas locations (all English-speaking roles). Position reports to the Director of Talent Acquisition.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create, lead and implement strategies to identify, attract and hire top quality talent
  • Actively source candidates from various job boards, networks, websites and social media platforms
  • Engage creative sourcing strategies for global locations to find talent for roles based in these areas
  • Take the lead on researching and recommending new sourcing strategies
  • Keep abreast of hiring and retention trends
  • Maintain positive acceptance rates to support internal hiring goals
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers, external staffing partners and other stakeholders both inside and outside of the organization
  • Advise and coach hiring managers and interviewers on interviewing and hiring practices
  • Create and maintain up-to-date position descriptions
  • Provide insight on compensation and competitive wages
  • Maintain accurate information in the ATS (applicant tracking system)
  • Oversee all hiring-related communications, including offer letters, promotion letters and pre-employment requirements
  • Create tracking and recruiting reports

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • 2+ years of high-volume, full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate or staffing agency environment
  • 2+ years of prior experience in recruiting for roles outside of the U.S.
  • Previous ATS experience
  • Proven track record of sourcing and retaining top talent
  • Ability to effectively utilize successfull interviewing techniques to select top talent
  • Proficient MS Office Skills (Outlook, Word and Excel)
  • Excellent time management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities with a high sense of urgency
  • Professional and personable with outstanding customer service skills
